Watch it here.Must Have:5+ years of experience developing, designing, and maintaining web and windows applications, architectures, and frameworks with solid grounding in OOAD and SOLID principlesFamiliarity with TDD, BDD and knowledge of testing frameworks for comprehensive software quality assuranceDeep experience with C# and solid experience working with SQL for financial application developmentGood understanding of data structures and solid experience with relational databases such as MS SQL and SybaseHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project management, requirements tracking, and technical documentationExceptionally strong business communication and stakeholder management skills with advanced problem-solving abilitiesAutonomous and highly motivated with ability to multi-task and work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced financial environmentHighly accountable with leadership qualities and demonstrated initiative in driving technical solutionsNice To Have
3+ years of experience with Java, REST API/Micro services developmentExperience working with IT architecture including documenting system architecture or assisting with system architecture design and documentationExperience creating training materials that can be leveraged by new team members on both business operations and technology sides (developers and QAs)Experience with Python, Perl, JavaScript, or shell scripts for automation and integration tasksExperience with GitHub for version control and collaborative developmentExperience with Cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes; familiarity with AI and machine learning conceptsExperience working in the finance industry with understanding of regulatory and compliance requirementsExposure to DevOps best practices and continuous integration/deployment methodologiesMandatory Competencies
