Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Manager(P&L ) located in Gurugram. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily Sales & BD , operations, managing staff, and ensuring the efficiency of our services. They will develop strategies to meet business goals, coordinate with various departments to improve workflow, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are met. Additionally, they will be tasked with budget management, performance evaluation, and customer relationship management.

• Experience in Sales & Business Development, Operations Management and Team Leadership skills
• Strategic Planning and Business Development skills
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in Budget Management, P&L Understanding and Financial Analysis
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or staffing - Payroll industry background
