Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and reporting on sales activities and performance. The manager will also oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and RPO services
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Analytical skills for sales forecasting and reporting
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
