Business Unit Head

Role Overview: As a Business Unit Head for Infrastructure & Cloud Services, you will be responsible for leading the division by driving GTM strategy, sales growth, delivery excellence, and team leadership. Your role will involve ensuring seamless execution of managed services and solution offerings for clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Solution Architect in Infrastructure and Cloud, along with strong business acumen and leadership skills to build and grow the business unit. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Infrastructure services to achieve revenue and growth objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Oversee the delivery of high-quality managed services, presales activities, and solutioning for clients. - Partner with leadership to hire and develop Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and Architects across various accounts. - Align business unit goals with organizational strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. - Provide technical and strategic guidance leveraging past experience in infrastructure and cloud architecture. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success and customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 15+ years of experience in IT services with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (BU Head, Practice Head, Delivery Head). - Proven track record as a Solution Architect in Infrastructure and Cloud Services. - Strong understanding of Managed Services, Presales, Solutioning, and Client Engagement. - Ability to hire, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.,
