Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and result driven Business Unit Head to lead and expand our Bhopal operations. This role involves driving revenue growth across three verticals , i.e.., Cruise Sales, Domestic/International Travel Packages, and Club Mahindra Membership Sales by building a high performing sales team and ensuring top notch customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Bhopal business unit with complete ownership of sales target and operational excellence.
• Drive B2C and B2B sales for Cruise sales, travel packages sales, and Club Mahindra holiday memberships
• Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients
• Efficiently complete overall monthly targets, planning and distribute targets to teams and individuals, basis productivity, capability and quality
• Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales
• Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings
• Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service
• Plan and execute local marketing activities, sales events, and membership drives.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Being updated on new products and services

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven Experience in Timeshare/ Vacation ownership Sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Proven ability to manage targets, teams, and timelines under pressure.
• Passionate about travel and customer engagement.
