Position Overview We are looking for an ambitious and result driven Business Unit Head to lead and expand our Bhopal operations. This role involves driving revenue growth across three verticals , i.e.., Cruise Sales, Domestic/International Travel Packages, and Club Mahindra Membership Sales by building a high performing sales team and ensuring top notch customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Lead the Bhopal business unit with complete ownership of sales target and operational excellence. Drive B2C and B2B sales for Cruise sales, travel packages sales, and Club Mahindra holiday memberships Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients Efficiently complete overall monthly targets, planning and distribute targets to teams and individuals, basis productivity, capability and quality Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service Plan and execute local marketing activities, sales events, and membership drives. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Being updated on new products and services Qualifications & Skills Proven Experience in Timeshare/ Vacation ownership Sales Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. MBA is a plus. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication in English and Hindi. Proven ability to manage targets, teams, and timelines under pressure.
