Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Unit Head located in Hyderabad. The Business Unit Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategy of a specific business unit, ensuring alignment with company goals. Daily tasks include managing performance metrics, leading a team, developing business strategies, coordinating with other departments, and driving business growth. The role requires maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and ensuring the unit meets its financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage performance metrics and achieve business objectives
• Ability to coordinate with different departments and manage client relationships effectively
• Background in industries such as Banking & Finance, Consulting, Sales & Marketing, Healthcare, IT, Operations, or Legal is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar leadership role
