Job Description

As a Business Relationship Executive at REDVision Technologies, your role involves educating and supporting existing Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) on new business integration processes to diversify their income. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth and achieving sales targets by effectively mentoring MFDs. Here are the key responsibilities: - Educate and support existing MFDs: - Provide comprehensive training on new software features, services, and contests. - Ensure MFDs are well-informed about the latest offerings to help them diversify their income. - Achieve sales targets: - Build relationships with MFDs by educating them on new offerings and market conditions. - Provide new feature training: - Conduct training sessions to familiarize MFDs with new business integration tools and procedures. - Ensure proficiency in utilizing resources for maximizing business opportunities. - Build relationships with Business Partners and AMC Ground team: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners and AMC Ground team. - Collaborate closely to align business goals and resolve issues. - Coordinate with the business partner ground team: - Act as a liaison between MFDs and the business partner ground team. - Address customer queries, concerns, and issues for timely and accurate resolutions. - Maintain reports and exchange query data: - Update reports related to new feature integration, sales performance, and customer queries. - Facilitate the exchange of query data between the Relationship Manager (RV) team and Business Partner support team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Additional certifications are advantageous. - Proven experience in business integration, sales, or relationship management in the financial services industry, preferably in the mutual fund sector. - Strong understanding of mutual fund products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships. - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. - Proficiency in technology platforms, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and derive meaningful insights. - Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.,
