Responsibilities: * Manage travel partner inquiries and requests through email, WhatsApp, and calls. * Create detailed travel quotes with accurate calculations and itineraries. * Handle quotation modifications and ensure they meet partner needs. * Maintain and update query and agent sheets to track progress and manage the sales funnel. * Provide support to travel agents at all stages of the booking process. * Submit daily reports detailing activities, query status, and progress. Skills: * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). * Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. * Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, email, and WhatsApp. * Knowledge of travel industry pricing, itineraries, and destinations is a plus.
