We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with travel agents and tour operators, and driving revenue growth for Unxplore. Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and qualify potential clients (travel agents and tour operators) within the B2B tourism market. * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and convert them into paying customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business. * Prepare compelling proposals and quotes for customized travel itineraries, including pricing calculations, itinerary details, and logistical arrangements. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability for Unxplore. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. * Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in B2B sales within the travel and tourism industry, ideally with a focus on DMC operations. * Strong understanding of the travel industry, including destination knowledge, pricing strategies, and logistical considerations. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Fluency in English is essential, additional language skills are a plus.
