Responsibilities

RPA & Web Developer - Job Responsibilities

Design & Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Build and maintain web applications using .NET Core (MVC / Web API / Razor Pages).
Integrate automation bots and web applications with MySQL databases and external systems (e.g., APIs, ERP/CRM).
Leverage Microsoft Copilot tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive coding tasks, and improve productivity.

Business Collaboration

Collaborate closely with

Sales

and

Customer Contact Center (CCC)

teams to:

Understand and document current business processes and pain points.
Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Testing & Deployment
Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT) for both automation and web solutions.
Package and deploy RPA solutions using Orchestrator or similar platforms.
Follow CI/CD practices for web deployment where applicable.
Support & Maintenance
Provide ongoing support, monitor automation performance, and troubleshoot issues in production bots and web apps.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability, security, and performance of automation scripts and web modules.
Respond to tickets and incident reports in a timely manner and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
Track logs, generate reports, and make performance improvements based on user feedback.

Primary Skill Set Required

RPA Tools: UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator)
Web Development: .NET Core (C#, MVC/Web API), HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Automation Platforms: Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud flows), Microsoft Copilot
Database: MySQL (queries, stored procedures, integration)
Soft Skills: Process understanding, communication, business analysis, collaboration

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in UiPath (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) or Microsoft Power Platform are a strong plus.

Professional Experience

2+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath.
1+ years of experience in .NET Core web application development (MVC/Web API).
Experience in support and maintenance of both automation bots and web solutions in a production environment.
Proven experience working with Power Automate and/or Microsoft Copilot for automation and productivity enhancement.
Experience working with MySQL including writing queries, joins, and stored procedures.
