About the Role:

Business Process & Automation Analyst / Developer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Develop, test, and deploy

    automation workflows

    using

    Microsoft Power Automate

    .
  • Design and build

    interactive dashboards and reports

    in

    Power BI

    for performance tracking and management insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Create process documentation, user manuals, and training materials for automated workflows and dashboards.
  • Conduct

    user acceptance testing (UAT)

    and support deployment activities for process automation initiatives.
  • Write and optimize

    SQL queries

    for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
  • Support ongoing

    process improvement projects

    and proactively identify opportunities for operational excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation solutions and ensure data accuracy in reports.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in

    Power BI development

    and

    Power Automate workflow creation

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    SQL

    and

    data visualization

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    business process analysis

    and automation methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
  • Experience in supporting

    U.S. clients

    or working in

    night shift (US process)

    environments preferred.
