Role Overview

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to spearhead our presence across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Modern Trade, and HoReCa channels. This is a high-impact role responsible for onboarding platforms, driving partnerships, expanding retail footprint, and building long-term sales growth through strategic relationships.


Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce & Quick Commerce

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart.
  • Manage listings, pricing, content accuracy, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build relationships with category managers to drive revenue growth and visibility.

2. Modern Trade (MT)

  • Secure placements in leading modern trade chains and gourmet retail outlets.
  • Handle distributor tie-ups, margin negotiations, and credit cycles.
  • Ensure merchandising, planogram compliance, and in-store visibility.

3. HoReCa Partnerships

  • Pitch and close partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
  • Drive menu placements, sampling initiatives, and account activations.
  • Maintain regular reorders and build loyalty with premium HoReCa accounts.

4. Sales Growth & Reporting

  • Own monthly revenue targets across all channels.
  • Track KPIs: new accounts onboarded, GMV growth, reorder frequency, and out-of-stock levels.
  • Provide weekly dashboards and insights to leadership.

5. Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Keep a pulse on competitor activity, category trends, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with brand/marketing teams on joint campaigns and activations.
  • Recommend new growth opportunities and partnership models.


Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ experience in FMCG sales, partnerships, or key account management.
  • Proven exposure to both online platforms and offline modern trade/HoReCa.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven; skilled with sales dashboards & Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication & presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
