Responsibilities

Support recruitment activities: creating/managing pipelines, drafting outreach messages, and coordinating candidate communication.
Plan and manage hiring campaigns from start to finish.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, n8n, Replit, etc.) to automate HR, marketing, and operational workflows.
Keep clear records of hiring workflows and outreach activities.
Assist in marketing and lead-generation efforts through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
Provide operational support in day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms like n8n) for enhancing HR and marketing workflows
Skilled in proposal writing, project management, and cross-functional coordination
Excellent communication and documentation skills for both internal and client-facing needs
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and CRM systems
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail
