Operations generalist responsible for lead-response, pipeline hygiene, and cross-team execution so interested prospects convert to booked calls quickly.

What You'll Do

Manage lead flow and outreach operations

Keep inboxes and LinkedIn messages organized and updated

Maintain accurate data in Ashby to track campaign performance

Convert interested leads into booked meetings through Ashby

Coordinate follow-ups and ensure clean, reliable lead records

Import weekly reports, update campaign tags, and share performance metrics

Who You Are / Must-Haves

24 years in operations

Excellent organization and clear communication

Very strong English communication skills, especially in writing polished messages

Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly

Proactive and always willing to learn

Interview Process
