Your role as VP Business & Delivery will involve collaborating closely with the founders to drive revenue growth, ensure high fulfillment speed and quality, develop client acquisition strategies, mentor talent, and oversee internal operations. You will play a crucial role in the business transition phase by acting as a bridge between the founding team and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by scaling the billed consultant base and year-on-year headcount growth. - Take charge of the delivery engine to ensure high fulfillment speed, quality, and profitability. - Develop and execute client acquisition and expansion strategies across key verticals. - Build, mentor, and manage talent, sales, operations, and delivery teams. - Oversee internal operations, governance, and standard operating procedures. - Act as the bridge between the founding team and daily operations. Qualifications Required: - 15 years of progressive experience in Technology services, Augmentation, or professional services. - Proven track record in scaling billing headcount, margin management, and driving large account growth. - Hands-on leadership style, with strong financial acumen and ability to build a profitable P&L. - Excellent people management and team-building skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving on growth targets and autonomy.
