We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Operations Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of business operations across functions. This role requires close collaboration with leadership, sales, finance, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution.
1. Set and achieve sales targets, manage revenue realization, and expand the customer base.
2. Own and manage the P&L, monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls, and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
3. Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a results-driven culture focused on accountability and performance.
4. Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, optimize processes, systems, and resource allocation, and leverage technology and automation to improve workflows.
5. Use data and insights to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Lead special projects and change initiatives that improve processes, systems, or customer experience.
7. Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
8. Identify operational risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
9. Serve as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment on priorities and goals, and communicate operational updates and business insights effectively to leadership.
10. Travel as needed to visit clients, business sites, or partner locations to support operations and business growth.
11. Work under a performance-linked compensation model and ensure delivery of agreed outcomes to unlock incentives.
1. 5+ years of experience in business management, sales leadership, and P&L ownership.
2. Experience in software product and service sales.
3. Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
4. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or digital transformation projects.
