Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth service delivery Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, support) and external clients Handle customer communications, escalations, and issue resolution Track and report operational and team performance metrics Support HR operations including basic admin Monitor SLA adherence and ensure continuous process improvement Report directly to senior leadership Preferred candidate profile 2+ years experience as a team lead Strong delivery and operations management experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills HR coordination and team supervision Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, reports, CRM Proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset Cross functional experience in Pre Sales, Sales, Delivery, Support Must be willing to go the extra mile
