Job Description: As a Business Operations Lead for a retail store in Behrampore, West Bengal, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives and new business rollouts. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end execution of business activities, managing P&L performance, overseeing brand operations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Your ability to travel extensively, identify business opportunities, and ensure operational efficiency will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of new and ongoing business activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met. - Own and drive P&L performance for assigned projects or business units. - Oversee brand operations and ensure alignment with brand guidelines, market positioning, and customer experience. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive performance. - Travel across regions for business reviews, store visits, team meetings, and partner coordination. - Monitor project milestones, risks, and performance metrics; report progress to senior management. - Identify business opportunities, operational gaps, and customer insights to inform decisions. - Build and implement SOPs for consistent delivery and operational efficiency. - Manage vendor relationships, project documentation, and compliance. - Ensure agile and accountable execution of planned business activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred. - 2-3 years of experience in project management, retail operations, or business execution. - Strong business acumen with experience in managing budgets, costs, and profitability. - Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to lead multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously. - Highly mobile and willing to travel frequently.
