Key skills & tools:

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Reporting, Dashboard, Google DataStudio, SQL, JavaScript, Data Analysis, MS Excel

Job Specifications:

3 to 5 years of in web analytics tracking (Google Analytics) and reporting, including testing website tagging during development cycles.

Required Skills:

• You must have good logical thinking skills. If your current job has affected your sharp mind, it’s time to share it a little again. Try solving Sudoku or puzzles or any logical/numerical ability questions before the interview.
• You must have good observation and listening skills. It would be helpful if you have a knack for observing user behavior.
• You have experience with Google Analytics and understand the reports, data points, fundamentals how basic metrics are calculated, and their impact. It may be a good time to revise the Google course on Google Analytics.
• You understand GTM and have hands-on experience in tracking events, eCommerce, 3 party media pixels, dataLayer and etc.
• You understand the digital ecosystem such as what is a digital ad.
• Are you good at SQL or python or BigQuery? Yes, you have got our attention. Though it’s not a must-have.
• You know HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• If you have good persuasion skills, you get 10 extra points.
• It you have worked on GA4, and GTM5 for Apps, you have got our attention again. But, be mindful that there would be a lot of questions post you have got our attention.
• Must have the curiosity to learn from anyone be it from junior or senior or peer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

In 3 months:

• You will be given time to adjust yourself to our work culture.
• You will be given training on tools depending on the immediate work requirement if needed( such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Google Optimize, BigQuery, ADH, Google Cloud, DMP, CDP and etc)
• A client will be assigned to you along with a work buddy who will help you to understand the existing processes and expectations of the client assigned to you.

In 6 months:

• If you are fresher, you will learn more about the nuances of the tools and technologies you will work on.
• If you are experienced, you would start leading the conversation with the client.
• You now have built a rapport with the client and understand their business KPIs clearly and their ways of functioning.
• You are ready to take the next big step.

In 1 year:

• You will brainstorm with the team and come up with new use cases to either drive the client’s business further or optimize their existing processes to make life smoother.
• You will take an end-to-end execution of the use case giving you first-hand experience of building something on your own. Such as BigQuery Powered Self Service Analytics Dashboard, A/B Test, Predictive Model, 360 View of Customer, BCG Framework audit and Implementation for a client and etc.
• And if you think that you are not that technical but would need help from the team. Rest assured; we would be there to help you.
• Handle one or more clients of your choice if you have the appetite.
• Do one thing which you will be proud of and get nominated for Performance Excellence Awards.
• Be an integral part of the team, choose what responsibility you would want to have- Party Manager of the team, Trip Manager of the team, NGO Manager of the team, or any new initiative you would like to do.

Post 1 year:

• Choose a new skill you would want to learn along with your existing work and apply the skill to achieve a client’s objective.
• Pick new clients of different domains, get experience across the board.
• Be a buddy to newcomer.
• Pick your area of interest i.e. Analysis, Implementation, A/B Test, Machine Learning, Media Technology, Project Management and chart your career path with your manager.
• Write Case studies of your work and submit them to Google and our Global Awards to mark your name in the industry.
