Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage retail and operations teams to ensure peak performance.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
Monitor outlet operations to maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and design teams for coordinated execution.
