Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the inside sales representatives’ team.
  • Set, monitor, and track sales targets for the team.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
  • Report on sales metrics and recommend performance improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain an open, transparent communication environment within the team.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Sound numerical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Experience & Compensation

  • Experience: 7+ years total, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate.
  • Mandatory: Experience working with Training Institutes.
