You’ll work closely with the sales and growth teams to generate leads, engage prospects, and drive adoption of our AI-powered logistics platform among businesses (e-commerce, 3PLs, manufacturers). Expect hands-on experience in market research, cold outreach, client pitching, and data-driven marketing —all while building a rock-solid foundation in SaaS business models. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients (e.g., SMEs, enterprises) via LinkedIn, industry directories, and field research. Sales Support: Assist in demos, proposals, and follow-ups —learn the art of closing deals in logistics tech! Market Research: Analyze competitor strategies, customer pain points, and industry trends to refine outreach. Marketing Campaigns: Help execute email/WhatsApp campaigns , social media engagement, and webinar coordination. Data Management: Update CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and track KPIs (response rates, conversions). Field Exposure: (Optional) Shadow sales teams for client meetings and on-ground market visits.
