This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with businesses over the phone, and are passionate about driving revenue through smart communication and follow-ups. Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses to promote our B2B products/services. Generate qualified leads, follow up regularly, and drive conversions. Understand client requirements and deliver tailored sales pitches. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems. Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with field sales or business development teams for seamless lead handover. Share feedback and insights from customer interactions with internal teams. Key Requirements : 2 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar B2B sales role. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales over the phone. High level of motivation, ownership, and goal orientation. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
