We’re looking for individuals passionate about design and user experience to help us create engaging, intuitive interfaces.


We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Intern to join our team. This role is instrumental in expanding Assessli’s market presence across India by engaging with educational institutions, coaching centers, and universities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for business development in the education sector, and a results-driven mindset.

 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the educational sector, including schools, colleges, coaching centers, and universities.


  • Client Outreach & Cold Calling: Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients, introducing Assessli’s assessment solutions and understanding their requirements.


  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term business partnerships.


  • Market Expansion: Strategically drive Assessli’s expansion across different regions in India (North, South, Central, East, and West).


  • Sales Strategy & Support: Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.


  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals aligned with client needs.


  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Support contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures. 


  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior business development executives, as well as the sales, marketing, and product teams, to align efforts with company objectives.


  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.


  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, progress, and results.

 

 


Requirements:

  • Graduation (completed or in the final year) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
