About the Role

Business Intelligence & Insights Lead

What You’ll Do

• Analyze large, complex datasets across multiple business functions to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Build advanced statistical models, forecasts, and predictive analyses to support strategic planning
• Translate analytical findings into

  clear, actionable insights

  for senior leadership
• Partner closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, operations, finance, and customer success
• Lead predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives to guide key business decisions
• Design standardized reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and high-impact presentations
• Champion data-driven decision-making and analytics best practices across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Applied Statistics
• Advanced proficiency in

  SQL, Python or R

• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as

  Power BI, Tableau, or similar

• Solid foundation in statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and forecasting
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link data insights to real-world outcomes
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
