Business Intelligence Lead

Role Overview: As a Business Intelligence Solution Lead, your main responsibility will be to oversee business intelligence projects from inception to completion. You will be the go-to expert on BI tools and technologies, involved in architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment. Your role will also require direct interaction with clients, third-party vendors, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and process market research data using SPSS, Python, and SQL. - Ensure data integrity, cleaning, and transformation for visualization and analysis. - Collaborate with data teams to integrate survey and transactional data sources. - Design and develop dashboards and reports using Dapresy, Tableau, Power BI. - Work with designers to create intuitive dashboard design. - Apply best practices in visual storytelling to communicate insights effectively. - Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable data visualization solutions. - Lead and mentor a team of visualization specialists and data analysts. - Allocate resources, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction. - Track project milestones, risks, and quality metrics. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in data visualization and market research. - 4-5 years of experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain. - Proficiency in SPSS, Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Dapresy, Tableau, Power BI). - Proven expertise in Market Research domain understanding survey data, research methodologies, and MR-specific KPIs. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Prior experience in leading a BI/Analytics team, mentoring, and managing deliverables.
