Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions that transform raw data into meaningful insights. The BI Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to build dashboards, reports, and data models that drive informed decision-making.

Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
Build and maintain ETL processe

to collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
Create data models, OLAP cubes, and semantic layers to support analytics.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and transformation.
Work with structured and unstructured data for advanced analytics.
Collaborate with business teams to understand KPIs and reporting requirements.
Translate business questions into analytical requirements.
Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership through storytelling with data.
Monitor BI systems and optimize performance of dashboards/reports.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Research and implement best practices for data visualization and BI performance.
Manage access controls, data security, and governance for BI platforms.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
