Senior Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using
Power BI
on
Microsoft Fabric
.
Integrate and model data from
Dynamics 365
and other enterprise systems.
Optimize datasets, semantic models, and dataflows for
performance and scalability
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
Implement
data security
(including row-level security), governance, and compliance standards.
Perform
performance tuning and troubleshooting
of Power BI reports, datasets, and dataflows.
Stay updated with the latest
Microsoft Fabric
capabilities and
Power BI roadmap
enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in Power BI development.
Strong working knowledge of
Dynamics 365 data structures
and integrations.
Proficiency in
DAX
,
Power Query
, and
M language
.
Experience with
Microsoft Fabric
components including
OneLake
,
Lakehouse
, and
Direct Lake mode
.
Solid understanding of
data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts
.
Exposure to
Azure Data Services
(Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science
