Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Intelligence Analyst (R Shiny Developer) at MCGI Private Limited in Kochi, India, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the U.S.-based business analytics team. You will focus on maintaining and enhancing the in-house Shiny dashboard, developing new functionalities and automation, and supporting business intelligence and data engineering needs. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain, optimize, and enhance the Shiny dashboard to ensure reliability and performance. - Develop SQL data pipelines to support merchants and the business analytics team. - Create new features and automation to streamline merchandising processes. - Collaborate with merchants, sales, and stakeholders to identify and implement data-driven solutions. Qualifications: - Proficiency in SQL, R, and Shiny (experience with Apache Airflow is a plus). - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related STEM field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of R Shiny development experience. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments.,
