As a Lead Business Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence and R Shiny development, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic development of the in-house merchandising Shiny dashboard. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, enhancement, and long-term roadmap of the Shiny dashboard to ensure scalability, reliability, and high user adoption. - Collaborating with business leaders, merchants, and sales teams to translate business needs into BI solutions that drive measurable impact. - Building and optimizing SQL data pipelines for reliable reporting and analytics. - Developing new features and automation tools to streamline merchant processes and enhance efficiency. - Serving as a subject-matter expert for BI tools and processes, guiding best practices in analytics, data visualization, and automation. - Mentoring and supporting junior analysts on technical and analytical skills. - Collaborating with IT, data engineering, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration across systems. Qualifications for this role include: - Proficiency in SQL, R, and Shiny, with experience in workflow orchestration (e.g., Apache Airflow) considered a strong plus. - A degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical/business field. - 4+ years of experience in BI/analytics, including at least 3 years in R Shiny development. Prior experience leading projects or teams is highly preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills bridging technical and business perspectives. - Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of presenting to leadership and influencing decisions. - Self-starter with a history of driving initiatives from concept to delivery.,
