Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees in the FMCG industry.
Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance skills of senior leaders, managers, and individual contributors across various functions.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for succession planning purposes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze data from HR analytics tools to inform talent engagement initiatives that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational success.

Job Requirements :

6-13 years of experience in Human Resources or related field with expertise in Talent Management & Development.
Strong understanding of best practices in Performance Management Systems (PMS), Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition & Engagement.
Should have worked with Banking/NBFC/Experience
