Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees in the FMCG industry.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance skills of senior leaders, managers, and individual contributors across various functions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for succession planning purposes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze data from HR analytics tools to inform talent engagement initiatives that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational success.

Job Requirements :

  • 6-13 years of experience in Human Resources or related field with expertise in Talent Management & Development.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in Performance Management Systems (PMS), Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition & Engagement.
  • Should have worked with Banking/NBFC/Experience
