As a Business HR at our company located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, your role involves creating and implementing HR policies & procedures, ensuring adherence to HR systems and processes, maintaining and managing employee attendance, preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports, measuring and evaluating employee performance, conducting review meetings and providing feedback, organizing and overseeing employee engagement activities, motivating employees to enhance productivity and job satisfaction, and managing and supporting training & development initiatives. Your key responsibilities include: - Create and implement HR policies & procedures. - Ensure adherence to HR systems and processes. - Maintain and manage employee attendance. - Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports. - Measure and evaluate employee performance. - Conduct review meetings and provide feedback. - Organize and oversee employee engagement activities. - Motivate employees to enhance productivity and job satisfaction. - Manage and support training & development initiatives.
