Role: Business Head – Staffing Location: Mumbai Reports to: CEO Experience: 10–15 years Industry: Staffing / Recruitment / HR Services About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head – Staffing to lead and scale EduBridge’s staffing vertical. This is a leadership role that requires strong P&L ownership, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep knowledge of the staffing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction, team performance, and profitable growth while ensuring compliance and delivery across geographies. Key Responsibilities Own and grow the staffing business nationally across sectors like BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, etc. Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs and HR heads. Lead P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization. Drive high-quality talent acquisition, onboarding, and deployment strategies. Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, client SLAs, and audit standards. Lead and mentor a pan-India team of regional managers and functional heads. Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, HR, finance, and tech teams. Drive data-led decisions through dashboards, forecasts, and reporting tools. Key Skills & Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in a leadership role within the staffing/recruitment industry. Proven experience handling a business unit or P&L with high revenue accountability. Deep understanding of labour laws, payroll, and compliance standards. Excellent team leadership, client management, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Bachelor’s degree is a must; MBA preferred. Why Join Us?
