Role Title: Manager- Subject Matter Expert - Java Full Stack Purpose of the Role To develop high-quality, interactive, and comprehensive content focusing on advanced Java Full Stack and software engineering topics, aligned with current industry demands and business objectives. Key Deliverables Design and develop curriculum content covering Java Full Stack technologies: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, ES6, TypeScript, Angular, JavaScript, Core Java 8, Design Patterns, DevOps (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube), SQL, JDBC, JPA with Hibernate, Spring Framework, and Spring Microservices. Create engaging eLearning modules , hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and a capstone project for comprehensive practical exposure. Ensure all content is consistently updated on the LMS , adheres to instructional design principles, and enhances learner engagement and retention. Job Responsibilities Develop training manuals, self-paced online modules , and end-to-end course materials covering beginner to advanced Java topics and software engineering best practices. Evaluate and curate relevant and up-to-date training resources , ensuring real-world applicability across Java Full Stack, DevOps, microservices, and database technologies. Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) and principles of adult learning to build interactive, outcome-driven learning experiences. Manage and optimize learning content via Learning Management Systems (LMS) for better tracking, reporting, and learner engagement. Integrate multimedia elements such as video demos, animations, and simulations to explain advanced technical topics like Spring Boot, Stream API, and design patterns. Design and implement assessment mechanisms (quizzes, assignments, feedback forms), using analytics and learner feedback to iterate and improve content. Conduct occasional live training sessions , providing expert-level clarity on complex Java Full Stack and software engineering concepts. Approach to Work Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and committed delivery timelines. Collaborate closely with peers in the Learning & Development (L&D) team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Maintain openness to feedback , uphold professional ethics, and demonstrate a proactive and committed work ethic. Expected Skills & Competencies Educational Qualifications BE/B-Tech/M-Tech in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related technical discipline. Prior Work Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in Java software development , technical content creation , or software engineering training .
