Profile: CONSULTANT – COUNSELLOR
The purpose of a Career Counsellor is to convert walk-in leads into successful enrollments by providing accurate information about training programs and guiding learners in making informed career choices. They also ensure effective follow-up with leads to support their decision-making process.Reporting to CENTER - MANAGER Span INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTORKey Deliverables: - • Responsible for meeting with and converting walk-ins to registered Learners • Responsible for generating leads who will enroll on EB programs with proper match of eligibility. • Understand and articulately present information on training courses and maintain a relationship with learners and their parents • Follow-up with learners for training and interviews attendance • Handle all admin work for the center • Vendor management for the center. • Maintain center infra as per center infra checklist.Job Responsibility: -• Handle learner walk-in inquiries and provide course information to learners • Handle and follow up with all leads assigned and counsel them to visit the center • Regularly coordinate with the Trainer on high-level course content and common learner questions to be more independent in the enrollment process.• Guide learners through the admission and enrollment process • Maintain relationship with learner’s parents to ensure placement and successful course completion • Follow-up with learners & parents on learner absenteeism and interview attendance • Update records in internal software ELITE and ensure the information accuracy • Update the ELITE on receiving the training material at the Center • Work with ELITE and maintain all activities and stock everyday • Enter daily all walk-in learners, follow-up calls assigned, registrations, and on the MIS system.Approach: -• Building a trusted relationship with learners by providing them with accurate information about the training programs Approach • Collaborating with the Placements Team to be updated about placement OpportunitiesCollaboration: -• Key Shared Accountabilitieso Driving the Inception & Certification Targetso Meeting enrolment & Placements Targets• Collaboratorso CM o Trainers o OMs, CPT, Business PartnersAt EduBridge, employees will be presented with multiple opportunities for vertical and lateral growth depending on their current performance, potential to perform in the new role and the availability of new roles.
