Academic Counsellor / Business Development Executive (BDE)
Regular position
Salary Range: ₹15,000 to 18,500 per month + Attractive incentive scheme extra.
Location - Chevayur, Kozhikode
OFFLINE / HYBRID MODE -
(1) Work from OFFICE mode. (09:00 am to 05:30 pm)
(2) Remote (02:00 pm to 09:00 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
* Convert leads into enrolled students through effective communication and persuasion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or telecalling.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to meet targets.
* Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
