Job Description

We, D Soft Institute, are looking for an experienced and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career path and academic programs. Also, maintain a strong relationship with students and parents.

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on course selection, career paths, and program benefits
• Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Explain course details, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support.
• Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admissions planning.
• Assist students and parents throughout the admission process.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Academic Counsellor or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance.
• Target-oriented mindset with good persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Graduated in any discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Academic Counsellor : 1 year (Preferred)
