Position: Marketing Executive - (Online and Offline) Organization: Aifer Education Location: Chevayur (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday & Sunday off) Timings: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM Key Responsibilities 1. Community Engagement & Growth · Build and engage online/offline student communities for all courses. · Share timely updates within 12 hours. · Plan activities like quizzes, panel discussions, and webinars. · Nurture leads into potential prospects through active relationship building. 2. Content & Social Media Management · Create and curate educational content (text, video, audio). · Maintain content calendars and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook & Telegram. · Manage WhatsApp groups for students, parents, and educators. 3. Events & Campaigns · Organize webinars, workshops, and offline events. · Host and moderate sessions with subject experts and stakeholders. · Plan and execute offline campaigns, especially college-focused drives. 4. College & Student Community Building · Initiate college-based programs and ambassador networks. · Build an All-Kerala Students Community to drive fresh student engagement. 5. Testimonials & Promotion · Collect and showcase testimonials for social proof. · Collaborate with marketing for campaign promotions and branding. 6. Reporting & Analytics · Track engagement metrics and community growth. · Submit monthly reports, work plans, and research findings. Provide timely insights and feedback to improve strategy. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital engagement. 3. Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Telegram tools, WhatsApp marketing platforms, Canva, Google Workspace, etc. 5.
