Business Head

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head to lead and drive the growth of our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the creative industry and a proven track record of generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand agency revenue.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the agency’s market presence.
• Identify business opportunities, pitch to prospects, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Provide leadership and vision to the business and account teams.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership/business development role within a creative or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
