Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in business development and will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients, and maintaining healthy client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth. Actively work on lead conversion through follow-ups, presentations, and customized pitches. Maintain relationships with existing clients and act as a point of contact for communication and coordination. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain and update sales pipeline, lead tracker, and CRM systems. Schedule and conduct meetings, calls, and demos with prospects. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and feedback collection. Key Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship roles (preferably in marketing, advertising, or IT services). Strong communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written. Confidence in presenting to potential clients and building rapport quickly. Ability to multitask and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
