About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Growth Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in marketing. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to plan, execute, and analyze marketing strategies that fuel brand visibility, engagement, and business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and growth objectives. Work closely with internal teams including design, content, and digital to develop and implement tailored marketing strategies. Participate in brainstorming sessions to drive creative marketing ideas and growth experiments. Ensure timely communication and reporting with clients on campaign updates, results, and next steps. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and marketing tools. Key Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing or growth role (agency or client-side). Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client communications simultaneously.
