We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on leader to take charge of our mobility category – spanning mobile accessories, speakers, wearables, and personal tech devices – and drive growth across channels. 🌟 What You’ll Own: End-to-End P&L Management: Own business performance, drive revenue and profitability with full accountability. Category Development: Identify high-potential SKUs, shape product mix, and ensure rapid market fit. Omnichannel Strategy: Strengthen distribution via general trade, modern retail, and digital marketplaces. Pricing, Margins & Promotions: Balance price competitiveness with margins, launch trade/retailer programs that work. Team Leadership: Build and manage a lean, high-output cross-functional team (sales, product, marketing). Cross-Functional Agility: Work tightly with procurement, logistics, finance, and service teams to ensure execution velocity. ✅ Ideal Background: 12+ years in consumer electronics/mobility/durables , with recent leadership in accessories, wearables, or audio products. Proven P&L delivery track record , especially in price-sensitive, mid-market categories. Experience in building or reviving mass-market brands with a bias for speed and cost efficiency. Deep knowledge of India's offline and online trade ecosystems , especially tier 2/3 markets. Entrepreneurial spirit with a ‘get-it-done’ mindset – not a slide-deck manager.
