Job Title: Business Head – Residential Interior Division

Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Head to lead our Residential Interior Division in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong P&L ownership, a deep understanding of the residential real estate market, and a proven track record in scaling interior design businesses. This is a leadership position with end-to-end accountability for business performance, team leadership, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership:

Take full responsibility for the division’s profit and loss. Plan and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.

• Residential Market Development:

Build strong networks with builders, real estate developers, channel partners, and direct homebuyers. Leverage real estate market insights to drive targeted client acquisition.

• Team Leadership:

1. Lead and develop a cross-functional team including sales, design, procurement, and execution. Set performance benchmarks and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
2. Client Engagement:
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual homebuyers and residential clients. Ensure a seamless customer journey from design consultation to project handover.

• Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to the Mumbai residential segment. Identify emerging trends, client preferences, and competitive threats.

• Project Oversight:

Ensure timely execution of projects with high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth delivery.

• Vendor & Procurement Management:

Establish partnerships with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Compliance & Quality Control:

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety norms, and internal quality processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in residential interiors - Mumbai
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai residential real estate and interior design market.
• Proven experience managing P&L and business operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Experience in dealing with premium/luxury home interiors.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or Interior Design qualification preferred).
