The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business development, team management, and P&L ownership. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of business strategy, operations, and performance metrics. Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and execution of business goals. Identify new growth opportunities and develop plans to capture market share. Manage and monitor the business unit’s budget, costs, and profitability. Build strong client and partner relationships to enhance business presence. Track KPIs and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and process improvements. Mentor and develop team members for higher performance and accountability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus) 4–6 years of experience in business development, operations, or a leadership role. Strong understanding of business strategy, planning, and budgeting. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
