We are seeking an experienced Business Head for our Advertising Agency in Cheena. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in advertising and marketing, with proven leadership skills to drive our agency's success.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans for the advertising agency to achieve business goals.
Lead and manage a team of creative and account management professionals to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective advertising solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Ensure all advertising projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and digital, to drive integrated marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Be responsible for business development

Skills and Qualifications

12-15 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
