Architect- Pune

Main Responsibilities :

Design & Planning: Lead the design process for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects, from initial concept through to detailed design, ensuring that architectural plans align with client needs and project goals.

Compliance & Regulations: Stay up-to-date with local municipal zoning laws, building codes, safety regulations, environmental policies, and other legal requirements. Ensure all architectural designs and documentation comply with local laws and regulations.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in the preparation of permits, approvals, and other legal documents required for construction.

Construction Oversight: Work closely with contractors and construction teams to monitor the progress of building projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporate sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions into architectural plans. Stay current on emerging trends in design, materials, and technology.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision, provide updates, and offer solutions to design challenges. Present architectural plans and proposals in clear, compelling ways.

Quality Control: Perform site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved designs and meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Architect) is preferred, or the ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an architect, preferably in the real estate or commercial development sector.

Strong knowledge of local municipal codes, building regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes.

Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

A keen eye for design detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
