Business Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships with startups & MSMEs.
• Drive sales conversations in

  Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English

  .
• Stay updated with

  government schemes, funding programs, and startup policies

  .
• Support businesses in scaling through consulting, funding access, and market linkages.
• Meet growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

regional languages (Kannada/Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu)

✅ Strong negotiation and client engagement abilities.

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.

✅ Prior experience in sales/consulting/business growth (preferred, but not mandatory).
