Job Description: Business Growth Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and versatile Business Growth Manager to spearhead sales initiatives, client engagement, and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day sales activities, support the sales team in closing deals, and introduce innovative strategies for business growth. Key Responsibilities
1} Sales & Revenue Generation
2}Manage daily sales operations and ensure achievement of growth and revenue targets.

4}Actively participate in high-value negotiations and closures alongside the sales team.

Client Relationship Management:

3}Ensure consistent follow-ups and client satisfaction to maximize business opportunities.
Team Training & Development
1}Mentor, train, and support the sales team to improve performance and close more deals.
2}Conduct regular training programs to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and sales strategies.
3}Provide hands-on guidance to the team to achieve collective business goals.
Strategic Business Growth
1}Leverage past experience across different business domains to bring innovative strategies and fresh perspectives.
2}Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
3}Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
