The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in legal-financial solutions, and for the IT Sales role, a sound understanding of legal-tech products is preferred. Sales Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, or market research. Build and maintain lasting relationships with individual clients, law firms, and legal service seekers. Understand client pain points related to legal funding and resolution, and offer the right solution. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with professionalism and transparency. Close deals and ensure post-sale client satisfaction and engagement. Coordinate with internal teams (research, resolution, customer support) to deliver consistent service. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Technology & Legal-Tech Sales (For IT Sales Executive role): Possess a strong understanding of IT/tech products offered by the company. Explain software, systems, or technology-based legal solutions in a simplified manner. Conduct demos and presentations for product explanation. Stay updated on technology trends and evolving client needs. Assist in basic technical troubleshooting or liaise with tech teams for smooth implementation. Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in sales, legal services, fintech, or IT sales. For IT Sales: background in technology, computer science, or software sales is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and adapt to legal and financial product knowledge. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting tools. Problem-solving attitude and target-driven mindset. Language Preference: Gujarati and Marwadi speaking candidates are highly preferred due to the regional clients we serve.
